At HAY Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece isn't the right fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original HAY packaging, ensuring all components and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
